NEW Terms of Use 8th September 2008 (please see below for details/link regarding previous licensing with AMI)

•    The use of my artwork and photography for non-profit purposes/personal use and fun is allowed with permission. Please email me for permission and follow my tou.

•    I always require a link back and © as follows:

•    Cropping, tubing, sparkles, animation, etc are allowed, I love what you guys can do! I’d love to see them too so send me one sometimes, I’d really appreciate it!

•    No image in part or whole may be sold for the purpose of profit and no donation buttons or similar regarding my art.
And you can’t sell any products you make using my art/photography without arranging a commercial agreement with me.

•    My poetry can also be included within the permission in part or in whole.

•    Please don’t hotlink to my pages/work.

NOTE: Some images were previously in packages with AMI when I was licensed with them. These images are NOT allowed to be used at all except by those who paid for the license with AMI – sorry but off bounds for free use. Any of those shown will be clearly marked as NOT allowed, all others are fine to use.

•    Enjoy yourself and have fun!

•    For commercial/profit usage there will be a fee to use my work, please contact me for details.
I reserve the right to change these terms of use if I need to.

Note: Sale of my artwork does not include rights to the copyright or the licenses to sell the image. Your purchase entitles you to receive a license to enjoy the artwork for your personal use - not business use.

I allow my art/photography to be displayed on your webpage as long as the following terms are observed.

•  The site must not be commercial.
• You must not hotlink to any of my images.
• A credit of my name and link www.gaynorlewis.com or banner is next to the image.

Tattoos;

Yes! I'd love to see the end result - please send me a pic of it! 

Licensing:

 For usage of using my art/photography for other things such as cross-stitch patterns, magnets, jewellery, etc for commerical use - please contact with details.
