When purchasing any tubes or images from Gaynor Lewis, you agree to the following terms of use and conditions. Please read, understand and comply with the terms of use laid out upon this page, a copy of which will be sent to you along with your purchase.

Licenses could be suspended or revoked if these terms and conditions are not followed. No refund given for any purchase whose license is revoked because of noncompliance of terms of use.

A license is required for each image. Purchase of a license to use a particular image allows you to use that image under the terms of use. To use other images you would need to purchase a license for those images. Images are available in singles and packages.

Your purchase of licensed artwork/photography by Gaynor Lewis entitles you to use the image(s) purchased in your digital creations, including, but not limited to, Signature tags, Websets, Banners, Stationery, Skins, etc. By purchasing you are agreeing to abide by all terms of use. Terms of use can be subject to change and customers will be notified via email if possible, should any changes occur. If you have recent email changes, please contact with updated address. Alternatively check this website for updates.

 Your license is for personal use only.

If you would like to purchase a license for commercial use, please contact with your requirements and I will get back to you asap.

Copyright remains with the artist.

The license is a lifetime license and so, lasts forever!

You must ensure that the information that you give me for your license is up to date.

Due to the nature of the following - digital tube/images, electronic mail/downloadable content products - no refunds will be given.

 Terms of Use

•  No image to exceed 72 dpi.

• No image, design or product may be sold or used for profit in any way (please contact for commercial license if you are looking to use the image(s) on products, etc).

• License number must be clear and legible on all creations.

• All creations must be credited as follows:

• No blank tags, stationery or websets. All tags made must have either a name or phase etc ~ Thanks, Snagged, Hello, Love It...etc..etc.

• Of course you can add tubed by/tagged by/your watermark on your creation, but not the copyright symbol next to your name.

• Credit for scrapkits and backgrounds is fine - please add it as scrapkit or background by____.

• Do not share tubes/images that you have purchased a license to use - they are for your use only. Others will need to purchase a license of their own to use them.

• You cannot mix Gaynor's artwork/photography with other artists work. 

• You cannot print any images, online usage only.
  

• Tutorial usage is allowed and encouraged, all credits applied as usual.

• Feathering, animation, sparkles, blends, etc are all ok - contact if you need any verification.
