Refund Policy


I gladly accept returns.

Contact me: within 5 days of delivery.

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery.

I do not accept cancellations or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards


Returns and exchange details

Care is taken when packing to ensure the items safety. However, if your item does get damaged during delivery, please contact me as soon as possible and I will send you a replacement where possible. Please ensure that you keep all wrappings and that you photograph it as you receive it, and then send the damaged item back to me, along with the original packaging, so that I can proceed with sorting out a claim/replacement as quickly as possible.

Buyer agrees to pay return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


I do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased that have been mistreated and/or handled without care, leading to harsh impact or harsh conditions after safe delivery of your purchase.
